Full service wedding planning services start at a minimum investment of $6,000, to ensure that I provide the high level of care and expertise that your special day deserves. Full service wedding planning is best for couples who want professional planning and coordination all the way from the engagement to the honeymoon.
Partial wedding planning services start at a minimum investment of $3,500. Partial event planning is best for couples who prefer to handle some aspects of the wedding themselves, but still want expert advice and assistance with specific tasks. Event Management (1 month coordination) services start at $1,800 for local weddings. This service is also referred to as "day-of coordination" in the wedding industry. Event Management services are best for couples who have taken care of all of the wedding planning themselves, but want a professional to step in during the final month, overseeing the details to ensure that everything runs smoothly on their big day. Event Management packages always include my presence at the rehearsal/wedding day. Coordination services begin 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding day. Package prices will vary based on a wedding's location, guest count, season/date, and overall complexity. Peak season pricing is applicable during June-October and surrounding the holidays. Please contact me directly to discuss your wedding vision and receive a personalized quote.
Remote wedding design and planning assistance is available as well. These services do not include my presence on the wedding day, and are fully customizable to the couple's needs. This can be booked via a full service package beginning at $1,600, or on an hourly basis at my rate of $150/hour. Inquire for more details.
International/Destination Weddings are evaluated on an individual basis and are invited to inquire to receive a personalized quote. All international wedding clients are contracted to cover wedding planner's travel expenses in addition to the service fee.
